Purchasing Agreement: Staples

Staples has offered Cooperative members a smart cost-saving strategy that includes a dedicated account manager to provide a complimentary needs-assessment analysis. Through our account manager, you will have access to cross-category specialists for assistance including divisions such as technology, print and furniture. You will also have access to a Get-Anything team to source items not sold by Staples.

How to Purchase: To qualify for discount, orders must be placed directly with Staples. Contact information for your Staples rep are emailed to you once your Agreement has been processed. Your Co-Op Area Director has this information and is available on Member Services. Once your Staples Purchase Agreement has been submitted, our Staples account manager will be contacting you to set up your customized Staples online portal. As part of this process, you will identify five of your most used products to be flagged and awarded customized pricing. Your Staples portal is specific to your office and will make placing orders to for shipping and in store pick up, easier than ever.

Discounts and Terms: As part of your Dental Cooperative membership, we have already paid for your Premium membership to Staples Business Advantage program, a $299 annual fee, which includes discounts on Staples products and services reserved to Premium members. Your participation through the Dental Cooperative waives your $299 annual Premium membership fee with Staples. Current discount pricing and offers are available on Member Services.

    Once submitted, the Agreement will be sent to our the associated vendor partner for a rep assignment and flagging in their system. Confirmation will be emailed to you when your vendor rep has been assigned.
