We are seeking an experienced Insurance Maximization Specialist to serve as the frontline expert and primary point of contact for our Members’ dental insurance needs. In this versatile, high-impact role, you will triage customer inquiries, provide expert guidance on credentialing, contracting, and claims, train practices on our programs and tools, and manage key components of our UCR Max fee optimization program. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in dental insurance, a consultative and customer service mindset, and a genuine passion for helping independent dental practices thrive.
